Good To Go comes with two different formulas. The morning formula is slightly different than the evening formula. The manufacturers state that the product is made with all natural ingredients, but we were unable to obtain the exact amounts of each ingredient used. They do specify that the morning formula is made with just fiber, whereas the evening formula contains all of the ingredients listed. The product website explains that the goal is to prevent constipation before it begins, with mild doses of natural ingredients that will not cause diarrhea.

Two capsules in the morning, Two more in the evening. A full glass of water.

Due to the fiber content, it is necessary to drink a full glass of water with each dose. Good To Go comes in a box with a four day supply of the supplement. It is designed to be used by adults and children over 12 years old. It should not be taken by children 12 and under.  Consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this product with other medications and supplements, or if you are pregnant.
